So I just put up my preview for Spore from what I saw last night at the EA Spring/Winter Preview show that you guys can check out here, but I'm posting this more to point out a funny story from the show.

So at one point I sit down and check out EA Sport's GameShow (since everything else was full), which is essentially an online sports trivia game. It's actually free and it makes its money from advertising (after each 5 questions a video ad plays) but it's a trivia game with live hosts and you group up in parties of 4 or something like that and everyone online is answering the same questions. You basically represent a region, so if people in the East have the most winners then the east wins. Get it? Pretty cool if you're into sports especially since it's free.

The funny thing is at one point I asked him, "So when does it come out?" and the poor guy was like "It already came out in October." I had no idea this f'n game existed and here I was as a game journalist telling someone who had worked on the game for over a year of his life that I had never heard of it before. Damn, his marketing department let him down.

You have no idea how hard I laughed at this. LMFAO!!

LMAO, that's hilarious. I feel so bad for the guy. They spent over a year making a trivia game?

Damn. I would have done the exact same thing. FAIL on Gamer 2.0's part =(

Not raging on yall at all because I would do the exact same thing, but I laughed at how Anthony put the blame on his advertisement department, now that my friends is a pro. :)
