Wow that looks incredibly awkward to play...I think I'll stick with the console versions.

I don't know how well it'll work out in practice. I mean you have your thumb stretching out to the bottom of the DS to stabalize it and then you have reach with your fingers in order to hit the chords. Could be a bitch.

How can someone use that?

It was originally a User-Created Board on GameSpot made up by the mainstays of the community during the days GameSpot was run by ZDNet (before the hostile takeover by CNet and the development of the premium service, GameSpot Complete).  The forum features more hardcore game discussion with more civilized forumers that are pretty much more intelligent than those of GS' public boards.

Since GameSpot's Eidos fiasco, they all made their own forum at that webname, but it hasn't been the same.

Here's a factoid... Associate Editor Ted Dedon, former Senior Editor now GameSpot staff writer Kevin VanOrd, Contributor Patrick Mifflin, Staff Writer Josh Schwartzmann, former columnist David Supina, myself, and a handful of other Gamer 2.0 staffers were all active in the VU at one point or another.

Without the VU, Gamer 2.0 would be nowhere near its current self.
