My friend brought over his copy and his PS3 last night. The game owns. I love the way the driving works now, its more real to life. The walking is gay, but I would sprint most of the time anyway. The fighting is a bit to get used to, but once you do its awesome. I have to get this game.

It's strange that with all the hub-bub over Super Mario Galaxy's high review scores that GTAIV seems to 1up it quite easily. I don't think anybody's making a big deal out of this either, which seems odd.

Why so low?

I've enjoyed what I've played out of it so far, which is pretty surprising considering I was never really into the series.

But I don't understand why it's getting perfect scores in the visual department. The game looks great, but it's nothing extraordinary.

We gave it 10s and a 9 for gameplay. I hardly think that warrants the statement "why so low?"
